Scan from a Nintendo-themed Play a Tune book I had when I was a little kid. This illustration went with a Donkey Kong version of “Clementine.” The funny thing is that this is only piece of Nintendo artwork that I’ve seen where Pauline actually looks like her original in-game sprite — that is, some kind of pioneer lady — rather than a sexy lady in a cocktail dress.
